But there is more to those shifty eyes and slinky antics than meets the eye - cats have some pretty crazy.
Cats have the ability to make over 100 different sounds.
If you thought you were the only species in your home learning to talk, you’d be wrong! Cats can imitate and learn over 100 different sounds with their meow.
They Smell with more than Just their nose.
Cats can also smell with an organ located in the upper part of the roof of their mouths, called the Jacobson’s organ. Good thing they don’t mind cat breath!
...and it’s a good thing because they would need a lot of deodorant!
Did you know cats have scent glands on their paws, cheeks and the tops of their heads? If they worried about body odour as much as we do, the deoderant business could probably buy out Microsoft!
They sleep their lives away.

When a human has twins, or triplets or octuplets even, it is possible for there to be one paternal father for all of them. This is not true for cats! Cats can carry up to seven kittens and have a different father for each one! That would be one dramatic episode of Maury!
